ESN Entrée Klagenfurt as section of ESN (International Exchange Erasmus Student Network) and as Department of International Relations of the Austrian Students Union at the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt (called ÖH Klagenfurt/Celovec) is a legal entity under public law, according to § 3 section 1 HSG 2014, at the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt (AAU). As such we are student representatives responsible for supporting international students of exchange and mobility progerammes like Erasmus+, Joint Study, Double Degree, CEEPUS etc. at the AAU as well as other Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in Carinthia, Austria, based on §12 section 2 HSG 2014.
We are collecting and using your personal data asked through this survey and after your enrollment at the AAU provided by the university to provide several services to you, such as our buddy system, the ESNcard (which is the membership card of the Erasmus Student Network and gives you access to all the services offered by ESN and all our partners), trips, events, feedback etc. before, during and after your exchange peroid in Klagenfurt. The data is stored on servers hosted and operated by the AAU or Google Inc. The information will be kept during the period in which the user holds the status of registered user; later the data will be kept during the period of limitation of legal actions and after that period will proceed to the deletion.
